Each generation has its way of learning, the problem is that we were exposed for a long time to banking and behavioral education. One that assumed that the learner needed to be “filled” with knowledge; was “enlightened” because he lived in darkness. An education whose paradigm is to imitate what a production line does in a factory, the same design, the same product, the same output profile of whatever is being manufactured. If anyone did not fit the design, they were discarded. Not respecting the unique design of each student and, therefore, their particular needs, is what has brought us severe consequences as a society by discarding, with this traditional type of education, those who did not come out of a production line the same as others. Maybe you are experiencing this with your children and it is time for you to take on the challenge of making changes. If we as parents don’t do it, will someone do it in our place? There are the last Centennials, also called Generation Z, and the first of Generation Alpha. They are digital natives through and through. They learn differently, we cannot propose traditional teaching to this generation that was born with a digital device in their hand, be it a Tablet, an iPhone, a password to enter an app, or one that has an avatar in its Gmail profile. It is the generation that demands that the more simplified something is, the better, that the user experience is pleasant and makes sense! It is the generation of artificial intelligence. This which requires learning to collapse and leave the 4 walls of the classroom and take the acquired skills to apply them in their daily lives.
At our School Solutions Center, our vision is to transform education by providing innovative, personalized school programs that fit the unique needs of each student. Our international school program: Flexi School has a revolutionary educational approach that combines the flexibility of homeschooling with the guidance of tutors, live, experts, and online platforms. We believe in the power of interest-based education, allowing students to explore their passions and talents while following a robust, high-quality curriculum.
In addition to our school program, we offer a school follow-up called: After Class, providing additional support to students in their homework and preparation for exams. Our goal is to help students develop effective study skills and achieve academic success. That they achieve gradual school autonomy is our focus.
Likewise, we organize online Workshops. Here students can participate in workshops on a variety of topics of interest. These workshops provide them with the opportunity to expand their knowledge, explore new areas and develop additional skills that complement their education.
Finally, we are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities. Our team of highly trained professionals is dedicated to providing curricular adaptations and individualized support to children with Special Needs. We believe that all students deserve a quality education that is tailored to their unique needs.
